Promotions (often referred to as promo codes) are a great way to encourage bookings, from both new and existing client's. They support your business in generating revenue, and are a way to celebrate birthdays, recognise loyalty, and market service offerings. Timely note: applying a promotion code is only possible from the Timely desktop (web) application by clients when booking online or by staff from the calendar or at checkout. Promo codes are not able to be applied in iOS yet, but existing promotional codes applied in the web application to a booking may be checked out from the iOS application.

Timely note: if you take deposits online, the promo code discount will not be taken off the deposit at the time it is paid. At checkout the promotional discount will be applied to the full service price (including the deposit).
